Recipe HELP!

We decided it was time to try something new. So we went out and bought our first Pork Tenderloin. I love pork tenderloin so I thought I should try and find an easy recipe that I could actually make myself. ANYWAY if any of you know a good recipe for it please let me know. And I need really good instructions...none of this a little here and a little there stuff.

Also if anyone in my family knows the recipe for Brown Rice that would be great too!

Hey, I have two great recipes and the brown rice one. I will e-mail them to you tomorrow. Also, e-mail me your password so I can fix your date.

Hey, I don't know if you remember me, I was Mandy's neighbor. We went to a bonfire once when you were prego. Anyway, my hubby makes this pork from Cafe Rio. Super good. We just eat it on a tortilla with sour cream and whatever. Here's the recipe.

Cafe Rio Pork

3-4 lbs. Pork Loin
1 c. brown sugar
1 bottle red taco sauce
1 T. Cumin
1 Can Coke

Cook pork on low in crock pot with water covering ½ the pork for 6 hours or until able to shred. Three hours before serving, drain liquid off pork and add coke, taco sauce, brown sugar and cumin. Continue to cook for approximately 3 more hours.

yeah, sorry Diane, I'm NOT your girl for pork recipes. I have a great hamburger stew recipe though, it's the easiest thing ever, and I don't know why, but it's Bobby's favorite thing that I make. Phoenix likes it too. :)

I'm so glad you guys like pork tenderloin, too! It's yummy.
We make it with raspberry chipotle sauce; it's really easy. Just put the tenderloin in a glass pan, uncut, and add some salt and pepper. Pour 2/3 of the sauce over it and bake for one hour. Take it out, slice it up, cover with the rest of the sauce, and you're good to go!
